1. Engagement
The Company hereby engages the Contractor to render services as a Video Editor. The Contractor accepts such engagement and agrees to perform the services described in the scope of work below.
2. Scope of Work
Editing YouTube videos, color grading, sound design, and delivering final renders within 48 hours of raw footage receipt.
3. Compensation
In consideration for the services to be performed by the Contractor, the Company agrees to pay the Contractor: $3,000 USD per month. Payments will be made within 7 days of invoice submission.
4. Independent Contractor Status
The Contractor is an independent contractor with respect to the Company. Nothing in this Agreement shall create an employer-employee relationship. The Contractor shall be responsible for all taxes arising from compensation under this Agreement.
5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
The Contractor agrees to keep all Company information confidential. All work products, deliverables, designs, code, documents, materials, and intellectual property created by the Contractor during this engagement shall be considered "work made for hire" and shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Company. The Contractor hereby assigns all rights, title, and interest in such works to the Company, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and any other intellectual property rights.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving written notice to the other party.
