2. Salary Structure

3. Contract Period
   This is a 1-year limited contract effective from 1 August 2025, extendable based on mutual agreement and performance.
4. Annual Paid Leave
   12 calendar days per annum for each completed year of service but can be taken only after completion of 6 months.
5. Paid Sick Leave
   6 working days per annum but can be taken only after completion of 6 months. Leave for more than 2 days requires a medical certificate.
6. Termination of Employment
   By the Employer giving 15 days written notice before the end of employment contract. Or without notice with payment in lieu of notice.

   • In the event of serious misconduct or persistent by Employee
   • If you fail to perform your obligations under this agreement for any reason whatsoever
   • If the services rendered by you are not found to be meeting the standards laid down by the company and/or as is expected from a person handling similar assignment
7. End of Service
   By the Employee giving the Employer 15 days written notice before the end of the employment contract. Final settlement of dues and benefits shall be made as per US Federal and State Labor Laws upon cessation of employment.
8. Probation Period
   You will be on probation for the first 1 month of your service. If your performance is satisfactory your service will be continued in the company.
9. Intellectual Property & Copyright
   All work, designs, code, documents, materials, and any intellectual property created by you during your employment shall be considered "work made for hire" under applicable copyright law and shall be the exclusive property of the Company. You hereby assign all rights, title, and interest in such works to the Company. The Employee hereby irrevocably waives any and all 'moral rights' they may have in the works, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, worldwide and in perpetuity.
10. Work Location & Official Employment
    Remote (USA). Your employment will start from the day you accept the offer and join (25 July 2025).
11. Confidentiality
    The Employee agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all Company information, including but not limited to proprietary editing workflows, YouTube strategies, unreleased character designs, and trade secrets. The Employee shall not disclose or use this confidential information for their own benefit or share it with any competitors or third parties, during or after their employment, without prior written consent from the Company.
