This letter is to formally inform you that your employment with Razebait Inc. is terminated effective 23 July 2025.

As per the review meeting held on 20th July, your performance was found seeking improvement. Since no improvement was observed during the PIP period, the management has decided to terminate your contract.

Please return all company property, including keys, access cards, and any equipment provided to you, by your last working day. Your final settlement will be processed in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.
